• Information you give us through our contact and investor-list forms: name, email, phone, company, the type of inquiry, investment interests, and your message.
• Investor accounts. If you are an investor, the Investor Portal stores your contact details and investment records, and logs sign-ins and document views for security.
• Data room activity. If you receive a data room invitation, we record your acceptance of the confidentiality terms and which documents you open, view and download, with date, time and IP address.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and standard web server logs.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up personally.
• To share company news and, where appropriate and permitted, information about investment opportunities with people who have asked to hear from us.
• To operate the Investor Portal and data rooms, keep them secure, and meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the website and our investor systems (web hosting, database and email delivery providers), our professional advisors (accountants, attorneys), and authorities when required by law. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

Email

You can ask to stop receiving marketing email from us at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or writing to info@bddev.co. Investors will continue to receive required account and tax communications.

Security and retention

We use encryption in transit, access controls and two-step verification for investor accounts. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact info@bddev.co.

Not an offer
